The American Dream Series provides a way to build community and increase the opportunity for home ownership. We are finishing our first ADS community in Lincoln Village, located Parma Heights. It is one of the many planned American Dream Homes Series of Homes. Lincoln Village features 12 newly built single-family ranch style homes with layouts at about 1,280 square feet. Each home will offer an open floor plan concept, 2 full baths, 3-bedrooms, slabs/full basements and an attached garage. All of this for prices starting at $249,000, which is less than half of the price of the average new home being built in the Greater Cleveland area today. Thanks to the City of Parma Heights, we have a 10-year tax abatement. Individuals and families around the area are renting for $800-$1,300 per month. For about the same monthly mortgage you can own your own property and a brand new home. This is an investment that has layers of benefit.”

Our other location is located in the Hough neighborhood. This project will bring home ownership to over 100 individuals and families. We are proud to partner with the City of Cleveland and other local organizations to make this happen. Phase One will start with 25 homes around the newly renovated League Park.

The floorplans of the American Dream Series range in size from about 1,200 square feet ranch style homes to approximately 1,600 square feet two story homes. These homes offer between two and three baths, and detached garages. All of this for prices starting in the mid $200,000s, less than half of the price of the average new home being built in Cleveland today.
